Tara is a licensed customer service representative at our agency. She helps manage quotes, policy changes and also greets customers on the phone. Tara lives in Potterville with her fiancé and their 4 kids ranging from toddler to teenager. While her family keeps her busy, she enjoys making clay figurines, all sorts of crafts and gardening in her free time.
Kymberlee Kussro
Kymberlee is our office manager and a licensed producer. She services new and existing clients to make sure their commercial and personal needs are being met. She also helps supervise the staff and handles office manager tasks. Kymberlee is married to her husband Will and they have 3 sons. In the summer they enjoy camping, kayaking, gardening and traveling around our state.
Alicia Pantera
Alicia is a customer service representative. She assist clients by phone and in person with all their insurance needs and questions. Alicia is married and has two sons, a daughter and two English Sheep dogs.
Sarah Boyer
Sarah is a licensed producer and customer service representative. Sarah supports current and new clients with their insurance needs. She also helps support Tim and Brian with daily activities. Sarah loves to craft and read. Her dream location would be to live at the beach. She shares her time with her two wonderful boys and one crazy, but happy blind dog.
